Support for the launch of a direct investment fund in three areas of Colorado: the San Luis Valley, Denver metro area and Colorado Springs. Area families with school-age children that enroll will receive a direct cash investment over the course of one year, in addition to strengthening and growing their social networks. Survey and financial data will measure the impact of this investment in the community.
