Grantees

Support for increasing housing stability for older homeowners in rural communities by providing one-time grants—first by engaging underserved community members and designing intervention programming, then implementing the programming by partnering with community organizations to recruit eligible people for grant funding. 

Support for providing homeownership support, HUD-approved housing counseling, home ownership classes, employer-funded mini-grants and a purchase assistance loan program for people from low-income households, rural immigrants and diverse communities.

Support for providing transitional housing, case management, life skills and employment support to youth with substance use disorder and people involved in the justice system. 

Support for building affordable, single-family homes, mainly through 3D printing technology, and training students to use that technology at Aims Community College in Greeley. 

Support for emergency housing, housing navigation, wraparound services and housing stability programming to Fort Lewis College students experiencing homelessness. 

Support for providing immediate housing relief, tenant organizing, regulatory enforcement, policy and process advocacy, financial empowerment programs and community ownership of properties to community members, particularly those from marginalized communities.

Support for providing emergency and transitional housing and wraparound services to economically disadvantaged individuals and families.

Support for providing crisis response, coordinated entry, case management, rapid rehousing, financial assistance, emergency shelter and street outreach for community members, particularly people from low-income households and Latino/a/x community members experiencing homelessness. 

Support for expanding behavioral health services primarily for diverse communities, people with disabilities or people who are uninsured or underinsured and are leaving jail, aiming to reduce recidivism, improve mental health and substance misuse recovery and increase access to resources and wellness programs.

Support for training five bilingual play-therapists serving the Spanish-speaking immigrant community, providing no-cost play and family therapy sessions to migrant children and their families, and supervision and certification for trainees.
