Francis Cheung
Program Manager
Francis was born in Hong Kong and raised in Denver. She earned a master’s degree at the University of Denver in international disaster psychology and has experience in and is passionate about building capacity in small nonprofit agencies. In her free time, Francis enjoys racing triathlons, cross-country skiing with her goldendoodle and trying out different restaurants in Denver.
